I have this same error. I tryed installing it regularly, then threw the cab. Tryed soft resetting, hard resetting, and nothing worked. This is the only game that hasn't worked for me.

Hey dash, I installed this on my touch just like the instructions say. It tells me that it registered fine, but when I try to launch it, it gives me the following error:
Failed to acquire resource splash.
Error code: 0x80004005
Any ideas what could be causing this and how I can correct it? I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same result. I googled the error and got nothing but windows XP PC issues.
