there is no way to actually delete it once it got installed. but what you can do is perform a hard reset on the phone and wipe it clean like it came out of the box including no apps you installed or contacts. and than when the customizations run and gives you the 3 second time down all you have to do is soft reset before it installs and that wont allow all the provider shit to be installed.
