I used to have the licence issue or cannot execute but i found the solution, if its the same one that i downloaded there should be a exe file with the icon included in the zip, that is the launch point to prevent that from happening, just go to 9y device/windows/start menu/programs folder, delete the current picsel icon and replace with the one included in the zip, so you can launch it without problems and not having to go to file explorer to open, hope this helps

Thanks for that. Unfortunately, myself and I believe the guy before me are trying to remove the program, but we are receiving this error after removal. It worked fine when I installed it.
I went to check in the location you described, but I don't have anything picsel related there either.
