Although the back does stick out...if u put the s2u on..u can actually squeeze the phone into the leather cover. I squeeze mine when i go to work & it hasn't fallen out yet. Just a little snug. But you can get the Mogul phone rubberized cover from Seidio for the extended battery. I purchased that also but it hasn't gotten here yet.
