Ummmm i would use sktool to remove dialers and stuff like that. Sktools will delete all corrupted and shortcut files. Thats what i would use to remove apps and dialers. Very efficent and works well. Many different tools you can use with Sktools. I would reinstall the bigbutton dialer and then remove with sktools.. softreset the install the new dialer, then soft reset again.!
