I dont know why you are having this problem, and just to let you know cab files can only be opened in phone and exe files can only be opened from your pc so u would hve to active sync your phone to your pc. but like i said please go to my sig and read on the noob section or help desk.
ts impossible that the movie is saying not valid ppc application. it might say error cant play the type of file but the other is impossible and i will place the site on that. but anyways you have to convert the videos to the size of the mogul before you can watch it too. look in the pc tools area from the side mobile programs section from the side menu to find a converter.
