anyone can help.

i am having the same problem as many others as far as flashing roms. I currently have the 3.35 on my phone. I want the 6.1 with rev. a. however, when I get to the tricolor screen on my phone and updating my rom it gets me message error and it says that my phone is not connected to usb not connected to my computer (no activesynce activity). I have already try reseting my phone and tried over and over again with this process by trying to disable my activesynce and then enable it, but once i am running the update it automatic disable my activesynce activities.

I know that this has already been answer many times and it seem to have solve others problem but I have tried what others have done and i have already tried to google it and looked in other sites for help such as xda, but everytime i am either confused or have tried what others have done to solve the problem but it has not work.

one other concern i have is i know that i suppose to extract the .nbh file and put it inot the ruu folder, but all i see is a book look alike icon that label ruu. Am I suppose to just drag the .nbh file and put it in there or am I suppose to see a icon that looks like a folder?

so help please?
