I was flashing back to the latest stock rom from alltel (they are my carrier) from the custom 6.1. I relocked the phone as the steps said to and was loading the update. It got up to 12% and errored out. My mogul is stuck on the rainbow colored screen. I could not reconnect to the media device center (vista) any longer. ok please search there is way too many of these threads aroud the site and nobody searches for the easy problem before they post so please do in the future. you phone isnt bricked follow these steps.
1. since you relocked the phone your fine. on the botton of the screen right now when not connected with usb it should read serial on that rainbow screen
2. plug usb into computer and into the phone.
3. now where serial was you will see usb now which means that you are connected to activesync even though it wont show on your pc.
4. run the exe file for the stock rom
5. nad you should be golden bro. it might stop at 11-13% but it should pick back up by itself after a little so dont pull out the usb from the phone or the computer.
