This is information that I am very aware of but I this question has not been answered in this post and what I desprately need at this point is some guidance and assistance on what I need to do to start over considering soft reset, hard reset, and the bootl is not working. as said before oyu have to do a search for the 3.35 radio and flash that over to your phone....... we got it here jsut do a searh for radio nad you will find it.
