Hard Reset does involve losing all your info setting it back to factory condition, like when you first got it! To Hard Reset.. Please hold the two hard keys located above the window button and the ok btttonn (on the mogul) then press the soft reset button! let go and you shuld get a scre4en that will ask you to confirm the reset!!
Lose contacts and everything. I dont mind adjusting small settings but I just dont want to lose any info. like programs contacts and music.
