I got everything up until the part where it asks you to replace. I've tried many times and it won't ask. I've copied, moved, everything. It will move and copy over, it just doesn't want to delete that original image.
that means you arent throwing it in the right place.. What ROM are you runing? The corect place to overwrite the file is device/windows folder in side the folder windows. Make sure you didnt drop the file in another folder inside of windows.
