You might also have more running in the background on your touch than we do. I noticed that after I did a HARD reset, and didn't install ALL of theprograms I had on my touch before, a lot of my progs run a lot smoother. There are some system resources that are being eaten up on startup with some apps that don't show up in your task manager that may be the source of your lack of system resources.
Well, when I checked out my startup stuff in my registry there is only a couple things in there. Should be no reason for the lag. Not sure but I will do some research tonight and see what I can find.
