Lmaoooo! You're ABSOLUTELY right! There's no way i'm hard resetting!! I would have to pay Dash all over again! I barely know how to put music on this thing! lmaooo Besides I have all the Sprint Stations which INCLUDE all mobitv's so i'm good!
