try hard resetting again to fix the smart mobility lockup also its not necessarily bad to leave your phone unlocked unless you are sending it to the manufacturer or something to have them take a look at it.
Did a hard reset still stuck. I did use the cokeman unlcocker and stuff do I need to run it again????
