After you ran the hardspl.exe did you run the titan_extabl?? It will get you out of the rainbow screen. I could not find it on this forum so you will have to look for it. tried to upload but said it was above my limit. You turn off usb connection in activesync, run it, and presto your back up and running. Unless it is really bad.
