for wisbar adv 3 you install it obviously and once u do that you go into wibar settings and what ever them you have downloaded (can find themes here or at lakeridge softwares)you should have stored on your sd card in a specific folder, u go into wisbar settings go to them, then go to wisbar theme at the bottom u will see menu hit that then hit install and depending on wut kind of theme you have wether its wb2 or wb3 you select that then hit the down arrow and select the location where you have dloaded the theme and select the part of the theme that say the name of the theme you may have to open the theme by clicking the plus button anyways once you do that you should see your theme name with the exe symbol next to it select it so it is hilighted and hit ok check both boxes for the themes sound to install aswell and apply them. note: for me so my phone starts up quick i use the wisbar icon and activate the theme like that but you can go to start up in the wisbar settings and make it so the theme automatically starts up w/windows. enjoy
