Basically this is my first ROM update:

I have the verizon VX6900 and have successfully installed some mods provided by DASH. I am a bit familiar with active sync as well.

I want to get the GPS working and also the Rev A speeds on my phone in the simplest manner and I think the OMJ Verizon ROM update is the way to go??

From what I understand all I need to do is 1) download the OMJ verizon EXE file to my laptop 2) Run the unlocker program listed in the beginning of this thread (which I still cant find) 3) Somehow update the radio on my touch to 3.37 (which I still dont know how to do)
4) Once the above 3 are complete I run the OMJ Verizon EXE on my laptop while active sync is running and connected to my Touch
5) From there I think I just follow the onscreen instructions??? Please let me know where I could possibly screw up...I dont want to be phoneless :)
