hey my phone is the same way. i have the kaos rom take 2 and downloaded about 10 more apps including ul and htc. when i reset i am like 15-16 eventually it backs down to 10-12 even 8. i use the sktools optimize 'memory' and it helped alittle after i reset it was 19 but then when back down to 13. i usually don't have too many programs running at the same time. i deleted all my songs and a movie on my card. felt it would help. i am not too concerned with this as long as its not affecting phone performance.
it has been running as low as 2 before and i usually reset and reboot after that. i don't know what else i can do i don't want to delete my other programs.
i read in some threads others have 20 apps and still have a memory of 18-20. kinda lost. :(
certaain apps have bigger leaks in them i was ruinnign 30 sum of them without to big of a problem... S2U has a descent sized leak and so do some others on top of the leak in the rom that is slightly there.
