So I''m an idiot when it comes to this because I'm new. But, I did get HTC home customizer running on my phone and think it's great. But, I have not been able to get the Ultimate launcher to run on my phone as it runs on your videos Dash. It appears on the bottom of my today screen and I have to scroll to get to it. Also, my HTC home is on top and I can't figure out how to make it a part of the ultimate launcher on top. I have read through a lot of threads and looked through the videos, but can't get it done. Thanks for your help!
