msl is th unlock and when you ask them they ahve to give it to you it basically allows you to change the dunctions of the phone so ask them for the msl the ## number since i dont know verizons and than once they give that to you go through till you find an option for rev a and than once you do that make sure its says enabled.......
Verizon is closed so I will have to call them tomorrow. Do you know if this code is device specific?
