for some reason Dash...this just doesn't make sense to me and for some reason it is bothering me...kinda like how best buy bothers me,lol...if you used to work at best buy, I don't understand how you would sign something at geek squad where you would authorize for them to fix whatever was wrong with your laptop without knowing what the cost would be...I know I have seen some of those geeksquad guys ask people to sign something without really explaining everything to them about what they were signing...and if you worked there, I'm sure you would know better...but u seemed surprised about paying that amount...and I'm guessing you did not have a accidental PSP or regular PSP, if you have to pay for the issue...just humor me Dash, did you know or were explained to about what u signed and that you would be responsible for whatever amount it would cost to fix issue...because best buy is supposed to charge you to run a diagnostic if you don't have a PSP...but they are deifinitely supposed to tell you how much something will cost or best estimate before they work on something or send it out to be serviced...
