well, Dash...did you read what you were signing...cause if you didn't, you really should have known better man...and that other person is right, one employee's word against yours is not good enough, but if you signed something that states a charge for a specific service, than to bad...but the geeksquad only gets you to sign stuff for initial diagnostic checks, so it protects them from erasing personal and pertinent data on your pc...but to in order to repair something they would have had to create a service ticket for that and you would know how much it would cost to repair your device...I'm gonna pm you so info. that I wanna keep between me and you and tell me the whole story man because I feel like I am not hearing the whole story....oh yeah and would people please proof read what they write because it irks the hell out ofme when people mispell their entire paragraph..its cool for a couple of words... but come on people, a whole post,lol...almost all of us on here is in college or some type of student, right, so come on...and simplyput is a teacher, so you know she ain't feelin' this,lol
thanks guys for the suport through hours f cussing oout corporte already this morning i got proofy that he did slip a word ordr behind so i igned bth of them...... the date was the same and there is no way to have an estimate that fast and also on top of that the signature was the exact same..... so they are taking the screen off and than giving it back to me the way that it was with all info still intact........ so i guess until i can find a good price on a screen and a install of it i will just use vga cords to the tv when it comes back into best buy with my old screen lol.
