Hello all.
I'm performing this install on the HTC TITAN (6800) for Sprint with SLIDE2UNLOCK installed (don't know if this has any relevance).
I did everything as specified in the instructions. I almost got it right, but I've run into something REALLY weird.
Starting from a fresh, soft reset, the phone boots to my TODAY screen. I've turned off ALL plugins, so the screen is blank.
If I hit the POWER button on the side to turn the screen off and then hit the POWER button again, the SLIDE2UNLOCK is invoked. I slide...and THEN i get this sweet interface (almost) as shown in the WM7 theme pictures.
I do all of the slide-with-finger animations, left-to-right...right-to-left.
If I slide my finger UP or DOWN, it exits and I'm back to the BLANK today screen.
WHY:
1) Does my reset start at a blank today screen and I have to turn the screen off and then on, to get this interface?
2) Does sliding my finger UP or DOWN exit this interface and take me back to this blank today screen?
I've sat here for 2 hours and finally broke down and posted for help.
1. because the apps dont auto start of bootup unless you place them in the startup folder under windows.......
2. you prolly have touchflo installed go to touchflo settings under settings and than for up to down and down to up make them blank and than soft reset.
