So I know you are not leaving but I will still offer the same thing that I was going to when I just saw the first post. I will gladly volunteer my time to at least take over telling people off in the apps requested thread when they dont follow the directions. That would be my pleasure, as a claims adjuster I spend my days arguing with people that dont read their coverage. Would be the same thing except with people not reading directions.
