its a theme its built in these arent wallpapers!!!! download his theme and you will have that look. if you wanna change your bars as i told you in the other thread all you have to do is download and install uitweaker to your phone (freeware so you can fnd here and google.) and than changet he bars that way...... hope this clears that up for ya bro.
