Whenever I press the envelope key on my phone, it takes me to the Messaging screen. If I have an email or text message available, I will see a list of these items in the order in which I received them. If there are no messages, I see four items on my screen. From top to bottom, those items are Text Messages, Outlook E-mail, MSN Email, and the New E-mail Account option. On the lower left side of the screen is the Select button and the Menu button is on the right. Within the Menu button, there is nothing that allows me to remove this account from the list. Even if I try to erase the server name that I placed in it, it won't let me get rid of it. Is there another part of Windows that I should be looking at?
what are you trying to delete than i dont understand fyou said that you had to get rid of an old one and now you are saying you have the msn that you did successfully and than the text and than the new so what do you need to get rid of???? and also it has to be highlighted.... or do you mean just the message inside the email?
