Possibly a Stupid Question
Ok I was thinking and this may be a stupid question or may not be. I see all these themes like the Diamond Manilla Theme and others. So my question is, why couldnt these be developed into Roms? Like instead of Windows Mobile running, have another OS/Rom running like the Manilla rom that the Diamond would have. Again this may just be a stupid question but let me know the answer anyway.
