Sorry, for being so confusing. Perhaps this may help:

Issue #1: I downloaded and successfully installed a trial version of Swcked Mobile Shell 2.1 (Swcked MS2.1) from the developer's website. Although it does look better and much prefer this interface as opposed to the standard Today screen that ships with the HTC Mogul, I don't understand why my device keeps going back to the standard screen whenever I turn the phone off then on again. I did go into the Swcked settings and selected what I thought would be an option to make the device use the Swcked shell as its default, but it didn't work. Am I suppose to disable the HTC Home Plug-in?

Issue #2: Is there ever a time when disabling the HTC Home Plug-in is necessary because it conflicts with other programs or theme generators?

Issue #3: Does Swcked MS2.1 allow you to customize what appears on your Now screen? As its default, the shell looks nice, with 4 main buttons that take you to different categories, but is there a way to customize and thus change this layout?

Issue #3: How do people make skins for Swcked MS2.1?

Thanks
