Hey, it seems like you're putting the "sMMS_Test.exe" file on your phone and you're trying to run it from your phone. I just did it and this is what I done:
1.) Install .cab file on your storage card (this is what I did)
2.) Once installed, go into the cracked folder
3.) Once installed, put the "SprintMMS.dll" file from the extracted files into: Storagecard\ProgramFiles\sMMS, it will ask you do you want to replace the file, say "yes"
4.) On your computer, double click on the "sMMS_Test.exe" file, enter your phone number, hit calc. Should work from there.
This is what I did, I messed around with it for about an hour befored I figured it works this way. I've already tested it, I sent it to someone with a sprint account and someone with a verizon wireless accounts, and they both got the pic, so it works. Oh, and I didn't have to soft reset.
