I am following the instructions. It has to be run off the pc cuz its not a cab file. I put the DLL in my documents folder which should put it on my phone in the my documnets folder but it doesnt appear.
i found an easier way to use weatherpanel, there is a fixed trial version found in ppcgeeks that doesnt need registration nor a crack, ill find and post now...
