I have found most of the roms I have used on my wing at (sorry SMJ) XDA-Developers. Including the factory rom. Heard you should have this rom before you start using custom roms in case you brick your phone. I'm running the OpentouchV3SL rom and have 41 mb storage left not much compared to the mogul but it only has about 50 mb to start with and normally around 18 to 19 mb free for programs with about 10 apps that i put on myself compared to the 14 free with stock wing rom from TMO. Oh and from my my experiences don't let your program mb drop below 10 mb or it will slow the phone down like crazy.
