Are you putting it on your phone, and then browse thru your phone thru your computer to try to click on it? If so, don't do that, where ever its extracted to on your computer, that's where you double click on it at. Put it on your desktop and try it from there, or just double click on it when you first open the rar. file without even extracting it. See what happens!
i did all of the above and still doesn't work for me
