becasue so much is on this rom there is no way to make it snappier besides trying the htc performance cab and overclocking it.
all you have to do is take the image and overwrite the splash screen.... search splash screen and you will find out how to do this.

ok i was under the impression that there is only one splash screen in your rom the blue earth ppc geeks screen the other could'nt be change cause they were in the roms itself and couldn't be change except the splash screen which was the blue ppc geek one i found the security image its not title splash or welcomehead96 it titled wmstartup_ani:smile_mini2:
