I live just outside Oklahoma City, and I'm loving the fact that they're coming here.. Okc already showed what could happen, if we ever had an NBA team when the Hornets were here for 2 years... Sold out every home game, and now the time has arrived for the real deal.. I already have my name on the list to get season tickets along with 1,000's, already.. I also never thought that I'd be cheering on a former university of texas player (well, he was just there for one year), but I definitely will when (Rookie of the Year) Kevin Durant and company come here this season.. It would have been nice, though, if we kept the "Sonics" name, because of the Sonic franchise headquarters being based here.. But I understand with the over 40 years of history being in Seattle to leave it there for a possible future team, if they ever get a new arena... I also remember watching back in the day when "the man child" Shawn Kemp and "the glove" played, as well..
