we get this a lot actually. It does take people a while to find the side menu but once they find it it works great. Maybe we need to make it flash the first time a user signs in :P
that wouldnt be a bad idea.... i love the side menu makes stuff so fast to navigate... i have never navigated around any other site which such speed an ease.
