So yea, i just got my mogul in the mail today and so far nothing i plugged it into the ac wall charger and it isn't charging i saw a little red light then it tuned off. No luck turning it on can someone please help me TONIGHT.
Tomorrow if i cant get it to work i am taking it to the sprint store and seeing if they can get it to work.
Also if they can't does anyone think that i can trade in my Katana and the mogul for a new mogul?
just throw service on the phone using the esn numbers from behind the battery and activate it...... than you will go overnioght without a phone..... to do this just call and tell them you want to activate the phone and they will take you through the steps and than just bs and sy you are doing it so it shows up on your file and all..... than go in the mornig and get it exchanged becasue that red light is bad news bro and there is no way to get the red light off and the phone to functuion.... that is the defintion of a bricked phone.... i would also contact the seller of wherever you bought it from (ebay prolly) and tell him he sent you a bricked phone and see what you can work out.
