Search around and you'll find plenty of themes. Most will be .tsk files. Copy them into your MyDocuments/Templates (I think that's it) folder, and they'll show up in your Today settings. Also, you can look for a tool like ThemeGenCE to start building your own. (I went totally geeky and built a Doctor Who one just to see if I could do it)
