If you are trying to make Swcked your permanent interface instead of the normal today screen....try this!
1. install the attached cab to main memory
2. go to settings -> personal -> today
3. uncheck everything except for Swcked watcher
This will replace the normal today screen and make the Swcked Mobile Shell the default instead. I can't remember whether or not I had to soft reset.
