by the way, what all functionality does the upgrade procedure have an effect on? meaning: will the new chip require any programming upgrade? i seriously doubt its plug n play. lol. and will the chip i'm pulling have anything attatched as part of the actual chipset that will change my hardware setup.
you will need a custom rom and all to handle the new ram........ i have the one i made for myself to work with the extended ram.
