yup you will see a rainbow screen when you do it correctly..... than jsut run the exe from there... make sure when you have it plugged in that the phone says usb and not serial at the bottom. as long as it says that you will be connected to activesync or device center even though it wont register on your computer..... tell me how that works for you.
