This is the kinda customer service I get from you after I don't get back my phone. I didn't agreed to a second hand espn phone as a replacement to my mogul as you claimed. I was only going to use it, until the post office sends me my mogul phone as per your claim. I only want my mogul back. You even told me to send back your espn phone, when my mogul phone gets here. I agreed to that & give your a tracking number to confirm it was sent back to you. If the phone is lost by post office then why haven't you file a claim like I asked you to so I can get my phone? I spoke to the post office & they told me to have you file a claim or get info from you so I can file the claim myself. I don't want your SSN #, just want my phone back. I can do the same thing with the email too, which shows that I don't want your SSN #, just an alternative means to have the post office track my phone that I can't verified you even mailed. Notice, I'm the one being patient & no using all the profanity that you are to make your point.

Here's the scenario, You pay & send out your phone to get mod & not get it back, you keep asking about it & get the run around & no real answers or a way to verify that the post office even received, how would you feel? If I can get a way to that the post office received my phone to mail out to me, but it's lost & I had a way to file a claim to get it resolved, I would feel better & owe you an apology....the best you've done for me so far is to say....the phone is lost. If I sent you a phone that you paid me to hook up & you haven't gotten it then I would d more than offer a used espn phone until your phone got there. I would file a claim & make things right to make sure I get my phone back. I don't think that asking too much.
