If its not under remove programs then it will be a pain to remove and possibly ruin your phone in the process.... FLASH A CUSTOM ROM, you wont have that issue, I reccomend waiting till tomorrow night and you can flash to my ROM that is just about to finish beta! You can find more info at the link below. I recommend reading the end of page 3 to the last page!
