What does everyone install programs on, the storage card or the device??? I've just been installing on the device. I don't have a lot, but maybe that's why it's so slow sometimes?
From what I have learned here you can also help with performance by installing your games on the storage card as well as images (collected icons and such).
This seemed to help with mine. ;)
