Yup pretty sure thats what i did. I opened the SPL unlocker followed the instructions, hit ctrl C to close the prompt. Then while the screen was still white blue green and red and RUUNU in the upper right hand corner, i ran the radio.exe (when i mean i ran it, thats the 8% error i got, it stopped and rebooted the pda and then i was at the red white blue green screen again) and thats as far as i got.

Is that the proper way to unlock it? Am I maybe missing something after loading the boot loader and installing the rom?
