As for McCain and his experience...think about it. Yes he is a war veteran and he has been on the Hill for a minute. But experience? Doing what? He clearly wasnt a good soldier...HE GOT CAUGHT! I would prefer someone who had enough expertise to not get caught by the enemy personally. A POW aint really nuthin to be braggin about.
Also its clear that when he was in the Vietnam War he was taking orders. He wasnt leading. He wasn't a General or some other military commander. He was takin orders in a subordinate position.
Whoever wins this this election is doomed anyway. Noway McCain or Obama can turn around in 4 years what Bush has messed up in 8.
Voting don't mean crap if you don't have an opinion. It all starts there. It's great that you vote, but it's hardly a podium to preach from.
You did not say "bad soldier" anywhere. But please tell me what's the difference between that and "He clearly wasnt a good soldier." I am confused. Either way, all of that about not leading in Vietnam and getting caught... WTF??? That makes sense? So, if you're ever a POW, that excludes you from leading? And he has no ability to lead because he wasn't a general or other military commander? Everyone takes orders in the military. Commander in Chief = President, everyone else gets shit on from there. All that to say that your logic makes no sense.
It's great that you can voice your opinion, but I guess you have your thoughts about opinions.....
Overall, this election year will be one of the most important in history and it's great that we will be a part of it. A black President would be awesome to see, but of course, I wouldn't want that to be the reason he gets elected. And McCain? Too old and only represents the status quo.
My stinky opinion: If Obama is elected, I am afraid of what the world will do the U.S. If McCain is elected, I am afraid of what he may do to the world....
So I guess I have more thinking to do.
