just save the image on your storage card than double click on it and go to set as wallpaper and set the transparency to 0% and than you will be golden for the background..... and for weatherpanel what do you mean change it??
well im having some issues as im reading the manuals on this to try and figure it out! i got my skyfire icon on the homepage but my text show beside it instead of below it? on the weather panel you have a weather page but i assume you didnt use weather panel so how can i change my to pull from weatherpanel instead of putting the today plug in on it? also when i click the time you have swcked time i guess? i dunno im slowly figuring it out im reading the desktop manual and then going to read the other! i actually bought the app because i liked kaos so much! still workin on that trade if you know anyone!
