you could make a theme using both but it would take a lot of configuration to do so.... if you wnat the look like i had with being able to have the home plugin with the clock and the 6 tabs and than have it so you can use the cube or a different animation to reveal some apps and all than yes you will want to uninstall that and install ultimate launch than set it up. in that thread for ulti,mate launch that i linked you to above there are tutorial videos in the first post that will teach you how to set it up....... and i would read the thread since alot of the stuff has been asked before....... you will notice alot of it is repititous but has good info.
