I recently made a counterstrike source server and were trying get regulars in there. I'm usually always in there. The server isn't always full...but we have a healthy amount of regulars that join and play. Add the server to your favorites and check back every now and then to see when people are playing. It's still a new server and the most people we have had so far is 23/28. Chances are if you join and start playing, the regulars and other random people will join in.
