Please read the NOOB GUIDE in the HELP DESK AREA!! Infraction simply states that you havet READ enough and you probably posted in the wrong area. Please Read before you post anything so you can avoid infractions. Also SEARCH before you post, if a question was already answered in a thread you will get a infraction for Double posting. Please Search in the future.... NOOB GUIDE is your friend!

After looking into your account, you were issued a infraction for Private Messaging the co-owner of the site for support! You are lucky all you got was a infraction and weren't banned. It clearly states that you CANNOT PM STAFF FOR SUPPORT (all over the site). In any case, please refer to the noob guide and Search for your question or post your questions in the appropriate areas.
