i don't think a 512 will work.. you can try it though.... i think all i ever tested was 128 a 1gb and a 8gb... i only had luck with my 1gb.. as i bought it just for flashing... just name file to TITAIMG.nbh and card has to be fat32... after you can just delete rom of sd and use it for what ever... i do it daily lol
512mb def will work. that's what i use to flash my roms.
